Zoom-Zoom

It's the first hour of the 6th of Novemeber and this day marks the depressing countdown to the start of another gruelling semester of college. As the day of rue draws neerer, I can't help but look but at the sembreak that was.

Here is a condensed list of how I spent my break:
1st week - ASLA
2nd week - futile efforts to have my laptop repaired, Daddy's birthday, preparation for the Youth Encounter
3rd week - undas, worship concert practice

And for next week....
Registration

Truly, my break is fullybooked. This fact makes me both happy and sad. I am happy since this means that I am putting myself into good use instead of just lying around, watching The Man Show and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. In a way, I can say that the sembreak has helped me grow more as a person. But there is also a sad side to this. First, the break didn't go the way I planned it. I wanted to do many things - play yoyo, learn InDesign, relearn Flash, redesign my blog, experiment with Wordpress, and gain 5 pounds, to name a few. Unforunately, I wasn't able to do these things due to various reasons. The subject of the previous post is one of them.

With just a week remaining in my break, I can easily say that the much-deserved month of rest and relaxation zoomed by without the R&R. Nonetheless, it's not a total waste. Amidst all the siestas I could have slept, looking past the meriendas I failed to have, I can say that this break was truly very stressful. But I am blessed to be stressed. I wouldn't have it any other way. (sort of)
